Terms and Conditions: 1.85% discounted fee for selected business payments ("Promotion")

Eligibility to utilise Promo Code "BOFF185":

1. All CardUp personal account holders (“User”) are eligible to enjoy 1.85% discounted fees on business domestic and international payment categories (“Offer”), in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
   
   
2. The Offer is valid
   (a) for unlimited redemption per User on all one-off or recurring payments
   (b) on all business payment categories excluding property tax, GST and corporate tax
   (c) with Singapore-issued Visa cards
   (d) on payments scheduled on or before 31 January 2026, before 6pm (SGT) ("Offer Period")
   
   
3. Payment Set Up
   (a) The payment due date must be on or before 4 February 2026 ("Last Due Date"). The payment due date is the last date the payment must arrive at the recipient. The payments must be scheduled at least 3 business days before the due date to allow processing time.
   
   (b) The User must enter promo code BOFF185 during the “Schedule payment” process when setting up payment details. The discounted fee for the eligible payments will be reflected before the User confirms and submits payment.
   
   (c) The User is not permitted to prepay or overpay the amount owed to the recipient in accordance with the payment reference documents provided.
   
   
4. Payment Review
   (a) All payments are subject to review and additional documents may be requested to support the review.
   (b) The User must provide all accurate references and documents to support the payment.
   (c) CardUp shall not be held liable for any delays in payment processing resulting from the failure to provide sufficient documentation.
   
   
5. The Offer is not valid
   (a) on business property tax, GST, corporate tax and any personal payment categories
   (b) on payment set up after Offer Period, or have a due date beyond the Last Due Date
   (c) on payments made with non-Visa credit cards, debit/preloaded cards and credit cards issued outside of Singapore
   (d) on any additional fees incurred for Next Day payments.
   (e) in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts.

General Terms:

1. CardUp reserves the right to terminate the Promotion, or to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion (including without limitation the terms relating to the eligibility of any User and the dates of the Promotion).
   
   
2. CardUp’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final, conclusive and binding on all Users, and no correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
   
   
3. CardUp, its employees and campaign organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the User or by any person in connection with the Promotion.
   
   
4. The User acknowledges and agrees that the collection, use, storage and disclosure of his/her personal data shall be governed by the terms of CardUp’s Privacy Policy.
   
   
5. The User acknowledges and agrees that, in addition to the above-mentioned terms, they must abide by the requirements of CardUp's general Terms of Service. 
   
   
6. "CardUp" refers to CardUp Pte Limited, a company registered in Singapore.
   
   
7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and each User irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect thereof. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
