Terms and Conditions for Promo Codes for Triple Up Campaign 2024  ("Promotion")

Eligibility to utilise Promo Code "3MORE"
  1. All CardUp personal account holders (“User”) are eligible to enjoy 1.78% discounted fee on up to S$10,000 each for 3 new personal domestic payment categories with a Singapore-issued Visa card (“Offer”), in accordance to the following terms and conditions.

  2. The Offer:
    (a) may be redeemed up to three (3) times per User; one (1) time per new payment category, and up to 3 new payment categories ("Redemption Cap"). In avoidance of doubt, a new payment category refers to a payment category that has not been made in the User's CardUp account before.

    (b) is only applicable to payments scheduled between 5 September 2024 and 30 November 2024, before 6pm (SGT), both dates inclusive ("Offer Period"). 

    (c) is valid on a one-off or first payment on a new recurring series set up within the Redemption Cap and Offer Period.


  3. The payment due date must be on or before 4 December 2024. The payment due date is the last date the payment must arrive at the recipient. The payments must be scheduled at least 3 business days before the due date to allow processing time.
    (a) With the exception of loan repayments e.g. Mortgage Loan, Car Loan, Education Loan, Motorcycle Loan and more, the permissible last due date will be 30 September 2024.

  4. To enjoy the Offer, the User must enter the Promo Code 3MORE during the “Schedule payment” process when setting up payment details. The 1.78% CardUp fee for the eligible payments will be reflected before the User confirm and submit payment.
    (a) The prevailing 2.6% fee will be applied to the rest of the payment(s) should the amount exceed S$10,000. 
    (b) Any unused portion of the S$10,000 Offer limit will not be refunded or carried over to the next payment.

  5. Users are not permitted to prepay or overpay the amount owed to the recipient in accordance with the payment reference documents provided. All payments are subject to be reviewed and additional documents may be requested to support the review.

  6. Promo Code is not valid to be used on:
    (a) credit cards other than Singapore-issued Visa cards.
    (b) on any additional fees incurred for Next Day payments.
    (c) in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts.
    (d) on any payments in foreign currency

General Terms:

  1. CardUp reserves the right to terminate the Promotion, or to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion (including without limitation the terms relating to the eligibility of any User and the dates of the Promotion).

  2.  CardUp’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final, conclusive and binding on all Users, and no correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

  3. CardUp, its employees and campaign organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the User or by any person in connection with the Promotion.

  4. The User acknowledges and agrees that the collection, use, storage and disclosure of his/her personal data shall be governed by the terms of CardUp’s Privacy Policy.

  5. The User acknowledges and agrees that, in addition to the above-mentioned terms, they must abide by the requirements of CardUp's general Terms of Service. 
  6. "CardUp" refers to CardUp Pte Limited, a company registered in Singapore.

  7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and each User irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect thereof. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
