Terms and Conditions for partnership with SETHISFY ("Promotion")

Eligibility to utilise Promo Code "SETHISFY"
  1. Users who have signed up for a personal CardUp account and have not yet scheduled a payment (“Users”) are eligible to enjoy a discounted CardUp fee of 1.79% on the first personal payment ("Offer"), in accordance with following Terms & Conditions.

  2. The Offer is valid
    (a) on the first one-off payment, or the first payment in a recurring series of up to S$5,000 ("Offer Limit"). The prevailing fee of 2.6% applies for the amount exceeding the Offer Limit.
    (b) on payment scheduled on CardUp on or before 31 December 2025 before 6 PM (SGT)
    (c) with a Singapore-issued Visa card

  3. The payment due date must be on or before 5 January 2026. The payment due date is the last date on which the payment must arrive at the recipient. Payments must be scheduled on CardUp at least 3 business days in advance of the due date to allow for processing time.

  4. To enjoy the Offer, Users have to enter the promo code SETHISFY during the “Schedule payment” process when setting up payment details. The discounted fee for the eligible payment amount will be reflected before the User confirms and submits payment. Any unused portion of the Offer will not be refunded or carried over to the next payment.

  5. The Offer may only be redeemed once per User on their first payment on CardUp.

  6. Users are not permitted to prepay or overpay the amount owed to the recipient in accordance with the payment reference documents provided. All payments are subject to be reviewed and additional documents may be requested to support the review.

  7. The Offer is not valid to be used:
    (a) on any business payment categories
    (b) on payment set up after Offer Period, or have a due date beyond the Last Due Date
    (c) on payments made with non-Visa credit cards, debit/preloaded cards and credit cards issued outside of Singapore
    (d) on any additional fees incurred for Next Day payments.
    (e) on any payments in foreign currencies
    (f) in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts.

    Important Note

    As per CardUp Terms of Service Clause 14, CardUp does not issue Payment Cards or operate a rewards programme. You are responsible for understanding the rewards programme associated with your Payment Card. We include updates on changes to card issuer reward programmes in our promotional material. We rely on the information provided to us by card issuers and make reasonable efforts to keep all such promotional marketing accurate and up to date. However, we accept no liability or responsibility for the information provided by a payment card issuer, including if it is complete, correct, and up to date, and that we have understood it correctly and completely. Always refer back to your bank/issuer card rewards eligibility and terms & conditions for the latest updates on the earn rates.

General Terms:

  1. CardUp reserves the right to terminate the Promotion, or to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion (including without limitation the terms relating to the eligibility of any User and the dates of the Promotion).

  2.  CardUp’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final, conclusive and binding on all Users, and no correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

  3. CardUp, its employees and campaign organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the User or by any person in connection with the Promotion.

  4. The User acknowledges and agrees that the collection, use, storage and disclosure of his/her personal data shall be governed by the terms of CardUp’s Privacy Policy.

  5. The User acknowledges and agrees that, in addition to the above-mentioned terms, they must abide by the requirements of CardUp's general Terms of Service. 
  6. "CardUp" refers to CardUp Pte Limited, a company registered in Singapore.

  7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and each User irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect thereof. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
