Terms and Conditions: Yeap Transport Offer

Eligibility to utilise Promo Code "YEAPFREE"

  1. The parents/carers of students who use Yeap Transport and have signed up for a Personal CardUp account and have not yet scheduled any payments on CardUp (“New Users”) are eligible to enjoy 0% fee on the first personal payment ("Offer"), in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions.

  2. The Offer is only valid for the first S$1,500 scheduled as a one-off payment or the first payment of a recurring series with a Singapore-issued Visa credit card. The prevailing 2.6% fee will be applied to the rest of the payment should the amount exceed S$1,500.

  3. The payment must be scheduled on CardUp between 7 August 2023 and 31 December 2024 before 6pm (SGT) ("Offer Period"), both dates inclusive. The payment due date must be on or before 3 January 2025 before 6pm (SGT). Payments must be scheduled at least 3 business days in advance of the due date to allow for processing time. The payment due date is the last date on which the payment must arrive at your recipient.

  4. To enjoy the Offer, New Users have to enter promo code YEAPFREE during the “Schedule payment” process when setting up payment details. The discounted CardUp fee will be reflected on the payment review page, before payment confirmation. 

  5. The Offer may only be redeemed on the first payment.
     

  6. All payments are subjected to review and additional documents may be requested to support the review process.

  7. Promo Code is not valid to be used on: 
    (a) payments made with Singapore-issued Mastercard, American Express or UnionPay credit card.
    (b) payments made with credit cards issued outside of Singapore.
    (c) any additional fees incurred for Next Day payments.
    (d) in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts.
    (e) Business CardUp account.

General Terms:

  1. CardUp reserves the right to terminate the Promotion, or to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion (including without limitation the terms relating to the eligibility of any User and the dates of the Promotion).

  2.  CardUp’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final, conclusive and binding on all Users, and no correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

  3. CardUp, its employees and campaign organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the User or by any person in connection with the Promotion.

  4. The User acknowledges and agrees that the collection, use, storage and disclosure of his/her personal data shall be governed by the terms of CardUp’s Privacy Policy.

  5. The User acknowledges and agrees that, in addition to the above-mentioned terms, they must abide by the requirements of CardUp's general Terms of Service. 
  6. "CardUp" refers to CardUp Pte Limited, a company registered in Singapore.

  7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and each User irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect thereof. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
